Link to Change provides vital 1-2-1 support and targeted group work to children and young people who have experienced or who are at risk from exploitation. Concise was asked to provide 1 day a week trust fundraising support for a year, which included providing strategic fundraising support whilst the organisation was in between CEOs.
During this time, Concise researched and drafted 63 applications, generating £367,080 in trust fundraising income and creating a very impressive 21:1 return on investment. A few of the main highlights included a 3 year Children in Need bid (£121,757) and a Police and Crime Commissioners Grant. Concise also developed new trust fundraising partnerships including 3 years grants with the Masonic Charitable Foundation and the Charles Hayward Foundation as well as successful bids to the Garfield Weston Foundation and the Pilgrim Trust. Concise worked closely with the new CEO to refresh the key fundraising messages and provide clear cases for support for each project within the organisation.
Concise was delighted to have worked with such a forward thinking team. Sadly exploitation and gang culture is significantly on the increase with our young people and the vital work Link to Change provides truly makes a long term difference to the children they work with.
